Would highly recommend

We stayed here to drop off a child to university. The house was beautifully clean and the breakfast pack was a thoughtful touch. The location is great, with an easy walking distance to the Grafton and the centre of Cambridge. Would highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying here again in the future. House is well located

House is well located with easy access to Grafton Shopping mall and hypermarkets (Asda, M&S Foodhall, BnM Home store, etc), all within 5 to 10min walk. Private parking for a car in gated compound at the back of house. Quiet neighbourhod. The house was clean and well furnished in all rooms, including dining, kitchen and lounge. Cleaning detergents for dishwashing and laundry were provided. Bedding provided were clean and comfortable. The heated showers had good water pressure. Fans were provided in all rooms during the hot summer . Chris is a friendly and responsive host.

The property is clean and well located.

The property is clean and well located. It is about 15 minute walk to the city centre but is only a short walk from a supermarket and also from family butchers and grocers. The location is peaceful and there is plenty of space in the house. The off street parking is a real plus for those travelling by car. The garden is a pleasant place to eat or have a drink.

Great place to stay

Perfect for our needs as a family with two teenagers. It was comfortable with enough room for us all. Starter pack and supplies for dishwasher, washing machine etc all included which was great.
