Ideal for small/medium sized families
One of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. The place was extremely clean and Chris was very proactive in his responses. Overall a very cute place ideal for small/medium sized families on vacation.
Would definitely recommend!
Chris is great host and was very responsive with all our enquiries. His place is a 20mins walk or 40 minutes scenic river walk into town. The house had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
We had a few issues
We had a few issues: Dishwasher front panel was loose (since the machine was usable, we didn’t complain) Kettle had a lot of scaling. We bought our own kettle Toaster was in a pretty bad situation Fridge - the vegetable tray was unusable as the cover was the shelf on top! Dustbin pedal was broken Net net, nothing which needed us to make a complaint but worth highlighting to the management team to invest in some upgradation as the charges were pretty steep.
Better than advertised
Chris is the best kind of host. He always responds quick and is very accommodating. His house is first rate, comfortable and better than advertised.

Would highly recommend
We (four friends) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is ideally located, with bars and restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance and the city centre is a 15-20 min walk. Communication with the friendly owner (Chris) was very easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this place when visiting Cambridge.
We will be back!
Very comfortable and cozy house in a really quiet street. Discovering Cambridge on foot is completely possible but there is also a handy bus stop ( bus 3 to the railway station ) around the corner. We were welcomed by Chris and found a housebook with useful information. As a group of seven - three couples and one single - we thought it was a wonderful base camp to start from doing all the interesting activities Cambridge has to offer. Thanks Chris, we will be back !
The house is perfect
Four of us spent an enjoyable stay at Chris's airbnb. Chris was there to greet us and explain everything we needed to know. The house is perfect as it lacks nothing. It is convenient for walking into town and great to have a parking space. We thoroughly recommend staying at Chris's property.
